The playbook, not the deck.

SECTION 01

What a pattern is

A pattern is a solution design we reuse: the problem it addresses, the steps, the control set, what is measured and what the client team owns at handoff. It is written without reference to any vendor, so the same pattern can be applied on more than one platform. What is published here is the shape. The implementation is built with the client, inside an engagement.

These are reference designs. None of them yet carries measured results from a C9D Consulting engagement, and each page says so. When an engagement produces evidence, the page is reclassified and the evidence is cited. Operator, not observer: the control set on each page is the part we would defend in an audit.

SECTION 02

How the library relates to the engagements

The library is not a catalog of products. A pattern is delivered through the engagement shapes in the Engagement Specification, and a platform page shows how the patterns map onto one vendor's capabilities, states our relationship with that vendor and says when the platform is the wrong home for the work.
